Community Cubs - Our dedicated fortnightly playgroups

Free, Welcoming, and Fun for Families

At Amaze Early Education, we believe strong community connections and quality early experiences lay the foundation for a child’s lifelong learning and wellbeing. That’s why we proudly offer a free, fortnightly community playgroup, which we fondly call Community Cubs! It’s a warm and welcoming space for families with children aged 0 to 5 years to come together, connect, and explore.

Community Cubs are open to all local families. You don’t need to be ENROLLED at Amaze to join in. Whether you’re a first-time parent, new to the area, or simply looking to build friendships or access early learning support, our playgroup is a great place to start.

Held every second week at one of our Amaze Early Education centres, our tailored playgroup, Community Cubs, is open to all families in the community, not just those ENROLLED at our service.

There’s no cost and no bookings required, just drop in and enjoy a fun and relaxed morning with your child.

What to Expect at Community Cubs

Every session includes:

Interactive play-based activities designed to support your child’s development through exploration, creativity, and social play.

Learning experiences based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), with materials and activities to inspire curiosity, build early literacy, fine motor skills, and imagination.

A light morning tea for families to share in a relaxed, social setting.

Opportunities to meet and connect with other local parents, caregivers, and early childhood educators.

Access to qualified early childhood educators who can offer advice, answer questions, and provide tips to support your child’s learning and development at home.
