What is the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)?

The Early Years Learning Framework is Australia’s national guideline for early childhood education programs, providing educators with a blueprint to support children’s learning and development.At its core, the EYLF focuses on five key learning outcomes. Here’s what they mean for your child:

Children have a strong sense of identity: They will feel confident, secure, and proud of who they are, building self-esteem and independence.
Children are connected with and contribute to their world: They will form meaningful relationships, show respect, and develop a sense of belonging in their community.
